Dear Pro-Gun Folks

People are not perfect. They get irritable, impatient and sometimes angry. Is the likelihood that someone will pick up a gun and use it greater or lesser – if there are more guns readily available? Isn’t that why civilised societies have police? So that ordinary citizens don’t have to arm themselves so that going to the office or workplace each day is not like preparing for a shootout at the OK corral.

So you would like to see teachers walking around with assault weapons slung over their shoulders. Your focus is on the idea that those teachers would shoot the killer.
